I am so glad I reached out to Mike's company. I had been renting the property but was tired of being a Landlord, and the property really needed a lot of work. I sold the house cash and closed within a few weeks...it was all actually done sight unseen! There were some challenges along the way but Mike was able to handle all of it and ensure the transaction closed.
